The Federation of Plastering and Drywall Contractors trophy awards aims to showcase and reward the highest standards of skill and excellence in plastering and dry lining design and installation nationally.

Held at the magnificent Plaisterers Livery Hall in London, the 2008 competition saw a record number of entries received with many inspiring and remarkable projects nominated for the prestigious awards.

A number of different finishes added interest to this contract. All aspects were finished to a high standard and consist of an Ashlar stone effect to the shop front, a shuttered concrete effect to one wall and a more traditional egg and dart-coffered ceiling.

Judges commented on how well the product was made how site fixing was carried out without fault.
